  • All content created by Glow Creator Studio includes standard social usage for organic posts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Paid usage (ads, whitelisting, boosted posts), long-term licensing, or repurposing content for print, websites, or other marketing channels must be discussed and approved before delivery of content.
  • By submitting this brief, you acknowledge that final usage rights, deliverables, and pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

Terms & Expectations

  • All bookings are reviewed on a project-by-project basis. 
  • Once your brief is approved, we’ll provide a clear quote, timeline, and deliverable list.
  • Payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Revisions include minor adjustments to pacing, text, or voiceover; full reshoots or major creative changes may incur additional fees.
  • Turnaround times vary depending on project scope, but most UGC orders are completed within 3–5 business days after payment and final approval of the creative direction.
